3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or upfront basis, depending on the project.
• We use secure payment gateways for transactions.
• Failure to complete payment may result in delay, suspension, or termination of services.
• All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Guarantee of Results

• For digital marketing services (including Meta Ads), we do not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, or conversions.
• Performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and audience behavior.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals required for project completion.
• Ensure that all provided content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal regulations.
• Cooperate in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables (such as website or application) will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
• Brnd reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
• Any third-party tools, plugins, or licenses used in the project remain subject to their respective terms.

7. Third-Party Services

• We may integrate or use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, or advertising platforms.
• We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or policy changes related to third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Brnd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, server downtime, or external factors beyond our control.

9. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the client violates these terms or fails to make required payments.
• Upon termination, any completed work will be delivered only after clearing all pending dues.

10. Refund Policy

• Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Once a project has been started or work has been delivered, partial or full refunds may not be applicable.

11. Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, usage, and protection.
